“ My name is Barbara and I am the founder of Barbara Benchimol Inc. I currently reside and work in the US, but I have lived and worked throughout western Europe in a place like France and Italy. I decided to start my consulting company to assist retailers such as luxury, fashion, watches and jewelry during these challenging times. Over the past 10 years, I have developed a strong experience in retail from all levels, starting as sales associate up to managing multiple stores and dozens of sales people. My previous employers include Sandro, BCBGMaxAzria, Omega, Krizia, and Dolce & Gabbana.

I know the retail environment and understand all its constraints and opportunities. I have dealt with different types of international clients and have a complete understanding of their behavior and motives. Solving complex problems using my diverse background and past experience, is my goal. Some of my strengths are that I have been working in the field and in constant contact with customers and staff for many years. I believe that appropriate retail techniques can grow sales while creating a pleasant working environment.
